At the Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh, she conducted qualitative research with families and educators to understand how space influences learning and belonging - ultimately designing a creative playbook the Museum uses to advocate for thoughtful, joyful learning environments. At LIVE by Po-Shen Loh, Allison led a full rebrand and built internal culture systems that fueled a remarkable increase in organizational awareness, positioning the brand as a national thought leader in math education and youth enrichment.Across every project, Allison is known for her ability to uncover the most compelling, authentic story within an organization - and architect the programs and systems that bring that story to life.Allison holds a Bachelor’s in the Humanities and Arts (BHA) in Fine Arts & Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University, an interdisciplinary program that informs her holistic approach to creativity, research, and social impact.
