Hi! I’m Alli, and I’m a recent graduate of Bowling Green State University’s Fashion Merchandising and Product Development program. Currently, I’m working as an Assistant Store Manager at Arhaus Furniture in Dayton, Ohio. In this role, I use my superior customer service skills to curate and grow client relationships, as well as putting my design eye to use in order to curate custom furniture pieces that fit into a cohesive floorplan. I also have previous experience working as an Associate Merchandise Manager at Lands’ End, where I was overseeing the Men’s Outerwear team. There, I put to use my textile, product assortment, merchandising math, and consumer analytics knowledge from both my studies and my multiple years working as an Assistant Manager at LOFT retail stores.
