At LFA, we support social sector clients to hone their strategic approach, develop learning and measurement plans, and use data to inform decisions and increase impact. As a Project Manager, I work simultaneously on multiple projects with different internal team configurations. I manage client communications, budgets, timelines; conduct quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis; facilitate meetings; and support teammates to complete project tasks. Project content areas include food systems, community engagement, cultural strategy, K-12 and STEM education, and HIV/AIDS. As a supervisor, I support several newer colleagues to thrive in their roles, identify and pursue professional development goals, and navigate learning curves and interpersonal dynamics.
