This intergenerational delivers seniors vitality and purpose and educates the younger generation while earning college and high school credits. ABOUT ALLISON RUSH
Allison is a teacher of biomechanics who brings a rare and transformative approach to yoga. With more than 16 years of experience, she blends science and tradition—drawing from biomechanics, physiology, yoga, tai chi, and Chinese medicine practices. Her work is rooted in skilled muscle control, joint health, and the art of moving with strength and ease.
