ABOUT ALLISON RULE

I graduated from the University of Calgary with a major in French and minors in Italian and Spanish. Although my academic background is in linguistics and communications, I have worked largely in quality and risk management while with CGI. With a previous oil and gas client I co-lead the design and application of a large scale quality management program that integrated with the clients project management methodology. I’ve conducted a large number of risk assessments for proposals, helping teams design guardrails and guidelines for effective, mutually beneficial delivery. In my last role, I managed the monthly financial and risk reporting for dozens of Western Canadian engagements in support of our Delivery Manager community. Currently, I’m working with the Proposal Management Team as a Content Specialist, helping craft material for proposals and client presentations.
