About Allison Richards
Devoted, hard-working student with customer service, team building, time management, and leadership skills. Worked at Chick-fil-A for nearly two years as one of the only employees cross-trained in both front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities. Next, was responsible for children while working at Eagle’s Landing Day Camp where leadership, maturity, conflict resolution, and responsibility were all skills tested. After freshman year of college, gained an internship in pre-construction and estimating where on-screen takeoff, Bluebeam, and Excel were all utilized. In addition to paid jobs, there were several volunteer opportunities for the food kitchens, research organizations, and non-profits where selflessness, team building, and reliability were counted on—additional experience gained through varsity sports which proved work ethic, devotion, and commitment.
