Administration of BrandMuscle programs and policies, providing communication and functional guidance and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws • Facilitating annual benefit selections, managing open enrollment events, onboarding new plans/programs and providing ongoing training and counsel for employees as they make selections • Ensuring accurate tax and employee data in ADP • Managing data for all benefits sites and ensuring billing and coverage details are accurate and current • Administering training, including orientation/onboarding, and assisting in the development of new HR programs and tools • Perform offboarding responsibilities for exiting employees to fully comply with security requirements; ensure all access is removed and equipment is collected and accounted for • Assisting managers with development needs and disciplinary guidance for employees; mentoring and coaching managers on performance management tools and practices • Participating on the HR Staff as both a strategic partner and an employee advocate • Coordinating internal transfers and promotions, layoffs, and terminations to ensure consistent application of company policies and compliance to state and federal laws • Acting as a communication liaison between BrandMuscle Committees and executive management • Supporting, promoting and continuously improving BrandMuscle’s HRIS systems (ADP, CultureAmp, Kudos and Teams) • Help with audits and compliance (EEOC, 401k, SOCC1, SOCC2) • Extensive knowledge with many different benefit websites and managing those relationships
