At BranchPattern, people are at the core of everything we think, create, and do. We are a building consultancy dedicated to creating better built environments through our many interwoven specialisms. Our beliefs are rooted in nature which has taught us that true sustainability sits at the intersection of human experience and environmental stewardship. We remain committed to our roots in sustainability and are excited to shift the focus to people with our unique Human-Centered Design approach. Everything we do and why we do it is guided by our longstanding purpose of Improving Life through Better Built Environments. Our name is inspired by the natural environment that lives all around us. Branch patterns are the building blocks of natural systems. Humanity is innately drawn to these elegant and efficient fractals. This deep connection is represented throughout mankind\'s history of science, art, engineering, and architecture. Upon closer look, the buildings and infrastructure that we help create are full of branch patterns. In this role, I will be working on the Building Sciences and Volume Project Administration teams to manage projects. develop my understanding and apply my knowledge of LEED certifications, and learn about all that goes into designing and consulting for a better built environment.

ABOUT ALLISON PALMER

I am a graduate of Colorado School of Mines, where I earned a degree in Design Engineering (BSE/DE) with a focus in Community Development and a minor in Public Affairs from the McBride Honors Program. In both my career and my personal life, I desire to help improve the quality of people\'s lives, which I believe can be done through humanitarian engineering practices, by increasing our awareness of the world around us, and integrating nature, people, and design.
