About Allison McIlroy
I am a Washington State University graduate with a BA in Social Sciences with an emphasis in Communications, Woman Studies, and Human Development. I enjoy fast-paced, friendly, and customer-oriented work environments. I have spent the past three years working as a Supervisor of General Merchandise at the WSU campus bookstore catering to visitors and students. I have transitioned from that role to a current Full-Time Department Manager. I work with POS, MPOS, CORE, Purchase Order Management, and similar inventory systems first-hand. I delegate payroll, oversee merchandise processing, and track daily store sales.I am looking to apply the skills I have learned over the past 3 years as a Supervisor, and the past 6 months as a Department Manager to the corporate retail space. I am driven by learning and growing into a new role.
