Responsible for the creation of leadership and mentoring program content for the Peer Assistance Leadership and Service (PALS) for the District; Oversaw end-to-end program management and execution for 4 Elementary Schools and 2 Middle Schools within the Leander Independent School District to support mentorship goals Built strong relationships with strategic education partners to expand program to reach middle school and elementary students. Stood up a tailored mentorship program with the special needs community on campus reaching 30 students our first year. Hired, trained, coached and performance managed a team of 60 High School Juniors and Seniors through the PALS program aimed to equip students with consistent connection and communication skills Fostered an environment of inclusion where students feel valued, challenged and recognized for their achievements
