Rebranded our catalog of six (6) brands- Conducted assessments of each brand through surveys of staff, current and potential constituents, and champions to understand each brand’s impact- Developed a brand strategy with the Chief of Marketing and Communications (MarComms) to give each division a distinct but related brand position, personality, attributes, and visual style- Created brand styles based on analysis of multiple discovery sessions related to key audiences, business differentiators, history, and future, and a review of the model for change, strategic plan, and recent, large-scale design projects.» Worked with the MarComms team to develop ways to shift the negative narrative linked to our direct constituents—people with old criminal records and victims of crime.» Developed campaigns, immersive experiences, and expressive videos to support Community-Based Organizations and influence legislators to support policies aiding their work.» Created processes to enhance the efficiency of the division.
