Allison’s career in Interior Design and Interior Architecture has spanned over 30 years. This year, she will celebrate her firm’s 28th year in the professional commercial design business. Her business provides design across North America, including the US and Canada. Prior to Insight, Allison was director of Interiors at Lord, Aeck & Sargent, where she lead designers in collaboration with large building design teams, including large University and Education projects. Her initiatives, at Insight Design, include mentoring young professionals and interns interested in design as a career path.
