ABOUT ALLISON GUERRA CARBONE

With over 12 years of work experience in various consulting and advisory roles, I am a seasoned professional with a passion for strategic planning, talent planning and advisory, and executive search. My mission is to help organizations find, attract, and retain the best talent for their leadership positions, and to support them in building diverse and inclusive teams. As a Senior Executive Search Consultant at Google, I work with some of the most innovative and influential candidates in the world, and leverage my skills and network to match them with exceptional roles.In my current role, I manage the end-to-end process of executive hiring, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and negotiating. I collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers across different business units and functions, and provide them with org design, market insights, hiring strategies and leadership coaching. I also maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, and ensure that they have a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring journey.
