Prior to working for Just Recruitment Solutions I worked for another Recruitment Agency who specialised in automotive as a Recruiter and Accounts Manager. Ive also had 18 years experience within the housing sector having various positions working up to a senior position within the Customer Services team as the Administration Team Leader.I was offered the opportunity to join the team part-time as the Admin/Resourcer assisting the team with all resourcing and administration. 8 months later I was offered promotion as Senior Administrator overseeing the administration team and ensuring requirements are met for the Recruiters, Including Marketing and advertising. In 2021 the opportunity of fulltime a the support Recruitment Executive assisting the Recruitment Managers my confidence grew whereby I was offered a further promotion as a Recruitment Manager in 2022
