ABOUT ALLISON GARRIS
I am a higher education professional with experience in working with both the undergraduate and graduate populations. In both realms, I have been successful in increasing student enrollment and retention through staff support, creating new recruitment tactics, and collaborating with different university departments. What I enjoy most about my job is talking with students about where they are now, where they hope to go, and helping them get there. I also love to create new projects, some of which might be directly related to what I do in Admissions, and some of which are outside of my every day responsibilities. I am passionate about public speaking, creating collaborative initiatives with other university departments, and improving office efficiency.
