Netflix career highlights: ⇒Became a subject matter expert and leader within the legal team and promoted to Senior Manager in 2023 based on performance and major contributions to the org. ⇒Developed an overarching business strategy while engaging and securing support from key stakeholders/executives. ⇒ Contributed to the building out of a new contract management tool requiring beta testing the program and working closely with the legal ops team for two years to develop its machine learning tools to streamline contract reviews and extractions. ⇒ Created departments within the screen credits org and content legal org at Netflix to engage and align executive stakeholders around global strategic screen credit priorities. ⇒ Served as a founding member of the ERG Legal Pro Bono Committee; scaled to +200 members and organized the annual legal day of giving for the Los Angeles Legal Department. ⇒ Supported creation and launch of numerous new credit initiatives and ventures with the product ops team including skip credits, autoplay to next episode. ⇒Aligned cross-functional efforts, increased visibility into and streamlined the credits process globally across the enterprise. ⇒Served as a thought partner to the creative, legal, labor and post production groups at the company to develop localized country strategies.
