ABOUT ALLISON ENJETTI

I am a Senior Manager at NanoVation Therapeutics, a biotech company that develops bespoke lipid nanoparticle technologies. I have over 13 years of experience managing and coordinating research and implementation programs in public health, biotech, and infectious diseases, and I hold a Master of Science in Control of Infectious Diseases from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. At my previous role as a project manager at AbCellera, I managed several antibody discovery projects, working closely with global and local cross-functional teams as well as external partners and stakeholders. I successfully delivered on project milestones, budgets, and timelines, and facilitated effective communication and collaboration among the project teams. I also have experience in managing and coordinating research activities, grants, and budgets for various programs and studies on malaria, HIV/AIDS, and other infectious diseases, having worked as a research program manager at the Faculty of Medicine at The University of British Columbia, as a research coordinator at the British Columbia Centre for Excellence in HIV/AIDS and with the U.S. Agency for International Development as a program analyst supporting global malaria control programs. I am passionate about advancing the science and practice of disease prevention and treatment, and I bring a unique perspective and experience to the field, having worked in a variety of sectors. I love working with teams that share this vision and value collaboration, innovation, and impact. I am always keen to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
