Reporting to the Head of Executive Compensation- Partner with accounting, finance and legal in the preparation and review of tables and data for the annual proxy filing- Ensure all executive compensation practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including SEC regulations and tax laws- Manage equity administration for approximately 2,400 eligible employees across 26 countries, to include grants, vesting and dividend payments- Manage the administration of the employee stock purchase plan (ESPP)- Prepare and present reports on executive compensation to senior management for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compensation plans and decisions- Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement compensation strategies that support the company\'s goals- Collaborate with payroll, finance and accounting on equity related matters, including managing tax payments and tracking share expense- Serve as subject matter expert on executive compensation, providing guidance and support to HR and senior leadership- Work on cross-functional teams on process improvement across the HR function
