As a Lead/Sr. Designer, I am responsible for all aspects of the design process, from research and ideationto development. I conceptualize and design for my users. I collaborate with stakeholders to research and develop cohesive designs, using design strategy and user research methodologies based on the problem. I am a team leader who initiates research activities and facilitates design thinking workshops. I like to share what I have learned with my fellow colleagues and train my junior designers to enhance the core competence of my team members. I work with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to ensure final design output meets the needs of the organization and its users. I have led global project teams toward the successful adoption of new processes, design tools, and design systems. I possess a mastery of design fundamentals and best practices that meet the requirements and needs of the users. I can handle multiple projects concurrently and deliver on expectations within tight deadlines. I specialize in design Information Architect, Empathy Mapping, Wire-framing, and prototyping with a strong background in Graphic Design, UI Design, functionality, UX Research, Data Visualization, Web Design, and Digital Illustration. I have over 16 years of real-world design experience, implementation and execution. I have worked in Data Could Services, Fin-Tech, Healthcare, Consultancy, Security, and BioTech, to name a few.
