Devised research strategy and led execution to establish in vitro inflammatory models, validation of lead targets and gene editing modalities in mouse and human HSC systems. Led in vitro screening for multiple gene editing technologies, enabling a new therapeutic modality and demonstrating therapeutic levels of editing for target of interest.• Designed and implemented workflows for inflammation and gene editing quantification via RNAseq, flow cytometry, Luminex, Western Blot, and NGS. Evaluated LNP editing efficiency in Ai14 tdTomato reporter mice, informing in vivo proof-of-concept.
