About Allison Copeland
North Carolina State University graduate with a degree in Biological Sciences and Business Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Beyond the classroom, I embraced many diverse experiences and leadership opportunities. I was also honored as a Goodnight Scholar and took advanced, cross-disciplinary courses through the University Honors Program. My top five Clifton Strengths- Responsibility, Includer, Positivity, Connectedness, and Developer, guide how I work with others. With Responsibility at my core, I take ownership of my commitments and hold myself to high standards. As an Includer, I foster collaboration and ensure others feel valued. My Positivity helps me approach challenges with enthusiasm, and Connectedness enables me to build meaningful relationships. As a Developer, I take pride in helping others grow and succeed. Currently, I work as a Consultant for Alpha Xi Delta Sorority, traveling across the country to support chapters in leadership development, chapter operations, membership growth, and recruitment. This role has strengthened my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, enabling me to make a lasting impact on the women and organizations I work with. I\'m guided by my values of family and friendship, always striving to build lasting connections both personally and professionally. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, photography, and volunteering with local organizations to make a positive impact in my community. On weekends, you can find me trying out new restaurants, traveling to hidden gems, or spending a day on the water with friends!
