About Allison Kidwell
Once I realized \"Professional Student\" wasn\'t a viable career choice, I decided to pursue one of my biggest passions: engineering. I made this decision while snowboarding in the beautiful mountains of Park City, Utah. Having grown up in Florida, I was accustomed to surfing, and here I found myself analyzing the differences in my snowboard\'s design and material selection; my curiosity ignited!Now, as a recent graduate, I\'m designing large-scale, complex HVAC systems in Seattle that keep everyone comfortable indoors when it\'s too wet or cold to play outside. Want it 70 degrees? McKinstry has you covered! When I\'m not working on projects, I like to spend time with my dog, Newton. He\'s a 10-year-old pug that I named after someone engineers would be lost without: Sir Isaac Newton.
