Also created a relationship with The School of Health Sciences at Northeastern and increased the number of their candidates that participated in the Co-Op Program at BCH.• Participated in the transfer of 20 ICP RNs and CAs to 9 South or other areas, which including working with the Director and Nurse Managers to make sure all Nurses that were interested in transitioning out of the units were communicated with. Facilitated getting their resumes to the right managers and made sure that all Nurse Recruiters were aware of the interviews and offers from the other units.
