Lead, monitor, and maintain responsibility of the Talent Acquisition needs for Fitch Irick Corporation-Develop and implement an enterprise-level strategic plan for talent acquisition inclusive of effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions and levels of leadership within the company-Develops and builds relationships and networking channels within the affordable housing industry as a method for sourcing and recruiting talent-Monitor and conduct reference checks and background screenings (including drug, criminal, and credit checks, among others) for selected candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements-Collaborate with hiring managers to create job requisitions, job descriptions, and job specifications that accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities of open positions and the specific needs of the given property and/or hiring authority-Maintain, monitor, and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information-Develop strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and other talent sources, expanding the sourcing footprint of the company to ensure our Talent Strategy is maximized-Working with Training and Development Team, assist in the planning and execution of comprehensive onboarding programs including coordinating new hire paperwork and scheduling orientation/training-Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition process, providing needed feedback to managers and departmental heads as needed.
