I work alongside the CFO and general manager to oversee 20+ tax-credit and market-rate multifamily housing communities all across the US.Responsibilities include-Prepare and submit 50+ tax/audit workpapers in preparation of audit/tax returns, review audits, and submit any other tax-related documents -Prepare and review AHDC\'s budget based on projected income and expenses-Prepare and submit CA FTB vouchers/payment and 1099 filings-Calculate cash flow distribution for investors for semi and quarterly distributions-Gather and submit financial reports to debt lenders and servicers for each financial reporting period-Familiar with Yardi, Realpage, and Computer Ease software-General bookkeeping and office duties
