Hi! I’m Alli - a student at Texas A&M University-Victoria. I am studying Business Administration in Management, graduating in December of 2026, as well as a proud retail partner at H-E-B. I’ve had the opportunity to work across multiple departments including Curbside, Cosmetics, Mia’s Mirror, Grocery, and Inventory Control. I\'ve developed a strong foundation in operational efficiency, leadership, and team collaboration.Alongside my day-to-day roles, I serve as a Diversity & Inclusion Champion, helping plan and lead events for our store. I also enjoy volunteering for events across our community. I believe leadership starts with service, and I’m always looking to grow, contribute, and make a difference in the workplace.
