ABOUT ALLISON BRADSHAW

I have over thirteen years of public accounting and external audit experience serving large, global, publicly traded companies in the Consumer Products and Technology industries. I have extensive experience with group audits where I developed an expertise managing and coordinating the multi-faceted complexities of international audits and cross-cultural engagement teams. On short-term rotations to Deloitte UK and Deloitte Switzerland, I developed and trained component teams and member firm personnel in planning, risk assessment and internal control procedures. I have in-depth understanding of internal controls and process improvement and the Sarbanes Oxley Act, specializing in industry focused processes and controls. As both an external auditor and the Accounting & Reporting Advisory Deputy- Internal Controls I\'ve provided advice in areas such as SOX implementation, SOX modernization, accounting process improvement, Digital controllership, and analytics. Additionally, I am the ESG Champion serving as a regional leader in sustainability. As an ESG Champion, I focus my time on sustainability reporting readiness as well as assurance for reporting initiatives under the GRI and SASB Standards as well as the GHG Protocols. I help companies create efficient processes and effective controls over data related to ESG and meaningful sustainability disclosures.
