About Allison Behr

I’ve focused my career on helping individuals, organizations, and communities thrive. Initially I helped organizations prioritize employee experience to activate their collective intelligence and drive business impact. Now I\'ve shifted to driving behavioral health through substance use prevention and treatment.I\'ve co-founded the non-profit Marin Residents for Public Health to spread awareness and guide policy to prevent substance use disorders among teens and young adults. I also work at a residential recovery center for substance use disorders to help clients commit to their recovery journey. I\'m also the Manager of Customer Success at Panaptic, Inc. and help educators roll out our substance use prevention curriculum to help teens make healthy choices.In this way I’m integrating my experience driving organizational and individual health to help build a better future for all. Growing up overseas in Hong Kong, Bangkok, Tokyo, and Canberra, I learned to connect with others through curiosity and respect. This was the foundation for my primary focus now on building community resilience through human connection.
