I am an energy regulatory attorney and changemaker who loves being on the front lines pushing for systemic change. I have worked on regulatory issues in all nine U.S. and Canadian RTOs, before FERC, and over 20 states. At Sparkfund, I promote utility-managed resources to benefit all customers through the Distributed Capacity Procurement (DCP) model, including how those resources integrate with wholesale markets.
