I am a board director and chairman, advisor, and transformational leadership coach, guiding executives, founders, and leadership teams through complexity, growth, and transformation.As the former SVP, Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer at Agilent Technologies, I led enterprise strategy, M&A, and multi-billion-dollar investments in biopharma services, precision medicine, life sciences, and diagnostics. My 20+ year career includes corporate strategy, M&A, and P&L leadership at Roche Diagnostics and other high-growth businesses.In my advisory work, I help CEOs, boards, and investors drive shareholder value creation, navigate high-stakes investment decisions, and lead transformational change.
