About Allison Arnold
I am a recent graduate of UC Berkeley, where I received a B.S in nutritional science (with honors) and a B.A. in molecular and cell biology. I am currently employed at UCSF as a medical assistant at the Pediatric Infusion Center, primarily servicing pediatric patients with cancer and blood disorders. In addition to my clinical work, I am working under the guidance of Dr. Siegrid Yu to conduct clinical research on the rare but aggressive cancer, Merkel Cell Carcinoma. I am eager to continue pursuing opportunities that will further prepare me to apply to medical school in the coming year.
