As a senior crafter on the Knowledge Management (KM) team, my role is to lead the AI transformation for our team. This means prioritizing high impact projects and ensuring ongoing support, alignment and collaboration with key teams such as CX RnD, Data Science, Support Delivery and leadership. Our team is responsible for managing and maintaining content living in our internal and external repositories that ultimately feed our Help Center, Help Center Assistant, and other LLM-based tools, therefore keeping this knowledge accurate and up-to-date is of utmost importance.I am also responsible for using AI and emerging technologies to improve KM products and services, and in my role I foster an environment of ongoing collaboration and learning across teams, ensuring accountability by removing roadblocks and creating solutions. I like to think I\'m pushing boundaries of KM systems by strategically using AI and partnering with experts at Shopify to GSD and get the job done.
