As the COO and Managing Partner at The Wilkinson Firm, I wear a variety of hats that utilize my strengths and provide the team with everything they need to succeed. I\'m a strategic thought-leader who cultivates innovation, delivers excellence and supports broad business needs for our clients. I provide financial leadership, operational efficiency, structure and tools that drive topline and bottom-line results. I build, shape, lead, challenge, elevate, and provide the \"glue\" within our team that weaves it all together. I\'ve had the privilege of working for some incredible leaders over the course of my career. The mentorship, lessons learned, guidance, and leadership shaped who I am today. I\'ve taken the best of those I\'ve worked with and for in shaping my style. There have also been bosses that have written a book on who not to be as a leader - and why - and those lessons are deeply woven into the fabric of how I lead. I am driven by the ability to make a difference, to grow and learn, and to help others achieve success. I value being a part of something bigger than myself and have personal reasons for my support and commitment to the behavioral health space. I feel fortunate to bring my best to our team and clients every day - feeding my head and heart fully.
