Design and facilitate processes for systems collaboration and transformation with individuals, within organizations, and in network ecosystems. Multilevel approach as public health professional with structural and systems level analysis, as healer with training in yoga and Reiki, and as grassroots organizer. My belief that the people most impacted by injustices hold the solutions to advance our social justice movements guides my work. Learning processes that incorporate creative and rigorous people centered problem finding and solving. In every project and session, I integrate my values of integrity, playfulness, interdependence, curiosity, and justice. In partnership with my clients, I craft processes to uncover new solutions, strengthen connections, and envision pathways forward. Currently, I seek to serve individuals and organizations building collaborative networks, fostering embodied leadership, and examining organizational culture. I’m available for network design and development, organizational change processes, and anti-oppression trainings as well as staff and board meetings.
