I enjoy solving problems, finding solutions, and contributing to building something. I also enjoy learning and try not to miss opportunities to gain knowledge. With the right attitude and some determination, it is possible to accomplish a lot. As part of my work experience, I have worked in both retail and in sales. Working in these environments, I was responsible for providing customer service to guests and assisting them in finding what they wanted to consider purchasing. I learned about the principles of SPIN selling, effective layout design, branding strategies, and working as part of a team. During my career, I also learned about product replenishment, inventory management (accounting for an preparations for conducting inventories), properly handling food, and working with company logistics. Processes were also important because the way tasks were handled could expedite or impede what operations was trying to achieve. Professionally, as a software developer, I have coded in Java and XML for Android, developed cross platform applications with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and worked in web development. I have participated in various aspects of the SDLC including developing the UI/UX for an application and setting up alpha and beta testing. Also, I have experience working as part of a virtual team and overcoming the circumstances that required this arrangement in order to generate a high quality deliverable. As a manager and team lead, I have had to execute different strategies in order to effectively and efficiently manage projects. If the situation called for it, I would meet with clients and determine what the project specifications are and what would be the conditions of satisfaction. During my education, I took courses in biological science, business, and the following programming languages: Java, JavaScript, Website Development, Visual Basic, and C++.
