Every Worker In. Every Worker Home.Project Safety | Turner Construction CompanyI was raised by union construction workers. Safety was not a rule in our home. It was a responsibility.Transitioning from security into construction safety is not a career shift for me. It is personal. I believe every worker who walks onto a job site deserves to go home whole, seen, and protected. Now joining Turner Construction, I am committed to learning relentlessly, earning the certifications that matter, and leading with courage when it comes to protecting people. Safety is not paperwork. It is presence. It is accountability. It is standing up when something is not right. This is work I take seriously. Lives depend on it.

ABOUT ALLIE SPARKS

Construction Safety professional supporting high-risk construction and data center environments, with a background spanning field operations.Thank you for taking a moment to view my profile.I was raised in a blue-collar family surrounded by skilled tradespeople and union workers. From an early age I learned that construction is more than building structures. It is about responsibility, craftsmanship, and protecting the people doing the work.Construction was never an abstract concept in my life. Conversations at home often centered around concrete work, asphalt crews, masonry, and heavy equipment operations. The pride of the trades, the risks involved, and the responsibility that comes with the work were part of everyday life.As a child, I often helped my father with small concrete projects on weekends. Those experiences gave me an early appreciation for the discipline, teamwork, and respect required in construction.Over time I built knowledge across multiple areas of the industry. I have supported small businesses involved in commercial and residential construction, worked with a masonry restoration company, and spent time in the building materials and supply sector supporting construction teams. These experiences helped me understand how projects come together and the many trades that make that possible. That foundation shapes how I approach safety today. Safety must be practical, respectful of the work being performed, and centered on protecting the people doing it.Alongside my construction background, I developed experience with physical security systems, access control platforms, surveillance technologies, sensors, and low-voltage infrastructure. This perspective has given me insight into how safety, technology, and operations intersect on modern construction sites, particularly within data center and mission-critical environments.Because safety is not just about policies or compliance. It is about people, their families, and the responsibility we carry to protect them every day.My goal is simple. Every worker enters the site safely and goes home the same way they arrived.I remain committed to continuous learning and professional development in construction safety.Certifications & Training• 4 Hour OSHA Construction Safety & Health • OSHA 30 – Construction • NFPA 70E Electrical Safety • IS-0906 Basic Workplace Security Awareness (FEMA) • Protecting Critical Infrastructure Against Insider Thr
