I’ve always been drawn to design: environments, experiences, and eventually, the systems that shape how people show up at work. Today, I’m the VP of People at Mockingbird, where I’m building an intentional culture rooted in clarity, connection, and results.My work focuses on building the systems, programs, and experiences that shape how our team works and grows. From onboarding to team retreats to how we communicate and connect day to day, I design people practices that help team members thrive both individually and together.I bring a people-first, business-minded approach to leadership:• I ask thoughtful questions and listen closely.• I make space for feedback and follow through.• I balance clarity and care in communication, always.Before Mockingbird, I helped shape and scale HoneyBook’s team across two global offices, nurturing a values-driven culture built on trust, transparency, and connection.    At Mockingbird, our mission is to empower parents through every stage of their baby gear shopping experience and beyond, and to give parents one brand they can turn to for each parenting milestone — from first stroll to first food, with more coming soon. We offer approachable, everyday products parents will actually use (never collecting dust in the closet!). Our insights-driven products, like our Single-to-Double Stroller and 2-in-1 High Chair, are made to check all the boxes, with functionality that just makes sense. And, we provide customer service that makes families feel unequivocally supported every step of the way.
