About Allie Akridge

With over four years of experience in HR operations and talent acquisition, I am passionate about creating and delivering exceptional candidate experiences that attract and retain top talent in the SaaS industry. I have a MFA in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing from Academy of Art University, which enables me to apply creative problem solving and trend analysis skills to my current role as Candidate Experience Director at Service 2 Software. At Service 2 Software, I am responsible for coaching candidates throughout the program on fundamental skills and placing them in sales roles at SaaS companies. I am passionate about designing and implementing strategies and processes that enhance the quality, efficiency, and satisfaction of the hiring and onboarding journey for candidates and new hires. I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization, and leverage data and feedback to identify areas of improvement and innovation. My mission is to empower and support teams by creating efficient and scalable processes that help the company achieve their goals and vision.
