Allie Hughes, MPA is one of the Bay Area’s rising premier leaders in government affairs, public policy and community empowerment. With 8 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, Allie has a proven history of expertise at building bridges between businesses, community leaders and elected officials at every level of government. As the Director of Government Affairs for Canyon Snow Consulting, Allie brings experience in government processes and policy, and a passion for finding long-term, sustainable solutions with stakeholders. Additionally, Allie manages clients to provide deliverables, analyses of legislation and regulations, and sustainability strategy. In her free time, Allie serves her community on the Executive Board of Directors as Secretary for both SOMOS Mayfair and BAYMEC. She has previously served as a Delegate for the Santa Clara County and State of California Democratic Parties, Neighborhood Commissioner for the City of San José, and is President Emerita for the Silicon Valley Young Democrats.
