I’ve led multimillion-dollar systems through some of their hardest seasons and built the structures to help them survive the next ones.As a former state Commissioner and cross-sector executive, I’ve been in the trenches of government, health care, and behavioral systems. I’ve turned around broken operations, launched crisis reform, and rebuilt public infrastructure under pressure, always with the goal of restoring clarity, stability, and outcomes that last.What makes my approach different is how I think. I don’t just study a system; I pick it up, turn it over, investigate it from every angle, and rebuild what’s broken to meet the end goal.
