ABOUT ALLIE DEJONGH
I joined Abt Global Consulting’s London office in February 2025 as a programme manager working on Green Climate Fund projects. Before Abt, I spent three years with Cadmus Consulting (formerly Nathan Associates) as a senior analyst. In my role at Cadmus, I worked on the investment team of the £27 million UK-funded Invest Salone programme, a private sector development programme in Sierra Leone. This role included grant management and investment readiness technical assistance support. I was also the programme manager on the UK, Dutch and Swiss-funded Invest for Impact Nepal programme which supports Nepali financial institutions to become ESG-compliant and connects them with international investors. My areas of expertise include financial and commercial management, customer service and client management, operations, international partnerships, report writing, development and climate finance, grant management, and programme management. I speak English, French and Italian and spend my weekends cycling and hiking around Southeast England.
