   At Pierce Public Relations, I was promoted from account manager to senior account manager in under a year. I lead strategy and day-to-day client experience across multiple architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) accounts, guiding teams through planning, media relations and content programs. I’ve also been a key part of new client assessments and our PPR Master Plan process, helping evaluate needs, shape program recommendations, present proposals and support onboarding.A major focus of my work is building visibility through both earned media and owned channels. I ideated, branded and launched The B-Side with Sri podcast, and I developed Pierce PR’s media training program, which I’ve delivered for more than a dozen client teams.
