Hi, I’m Allie Aspden. I’m a CX Product Manager at Scribenote, and I created the VEG Scribes Program.I care deeply about making veterinary work easier. I’ve spent enough time working in clinics to know the reality. Veterinary teams are talented, fast, and incredibly committed, but they are also overloaded. The right tools can change that. That belief is what drives my work.Building the VEG Scribes Program taught me how to take a real operational problem, design a solution that works in practice, and earn trust through follow-through. It also shaped how I approach product. I stay close to customers. I listen carefully. I translate what I learn into simple, helpful technology that teams actually adopt.At Scribenote, my focus is connecting customers to the product in a way that feels clear, supportive, and valuable from day one. I work with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to transform feedback into prioritization and turn prioritized improvements into actionable solutions. I’m happiest when the work is tangible. When the product is easier to use. When customers feel heard. When the team can see the impact.My goal is straightforward. I want Scribenote to be the most impactful tech on the market for veterinary teams.
