ABOUT ALLI MARBACH BROWN

Hello, I\'m Alli, a versatile professional with a passion for making a positive impact in my community. I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with degrees in Business and Spanish, which equipped me with a strong foundation in strategic thinking, communication, and cultural awareness. After college, I gained valuable experience in human resources at Texas Instruments, where I honed my skills in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR policies. I also had the opportunity to start my own business, which taught me about entrepreneurship, marketing, and customer service. Currently, I serve as a Senior Program Associate at Repair the World, a nonprofit organization that mobilizes volunteers to address social injustices in local communities. In this role, I work closely with community partners, volunteers, and colleagues to design and implement programs that promote civic engagement, racial equity, and social change.
