About Allessandra Silis

I graduated from California State University, Long Beach in May 2018, with a B.S. in Business Administration - Marketing, and from California State University - Stanislaus with a Master of Business Administration.During my time at LBSU, I worked as a communications and human resources assistant for Forty-Niner Shops, Inc, making me only one of two employees in the entire company, to work in two different departments at the same time. The passion I hold for sports, led me to a rewarding experience with Long Beach State Athletics and Long Beach State Men’s Hockey. There, I gathered experience in game presentation, in-game promotions, marketing strategies, and social media practices.My experience within the realm of professional sports include: The Los Angeles Sparks, the 2017 NHL All-Star Fan Fair, Inside Sales Representative and Group Sales with the Los Angeles Galaxy.The Pandemic allowed me to explore new industries, which has led me to my current role with Techtronic Industries. My time here has refined my selling and customer service skills, continuously pushing me out of my comfort zone to grow professionally and personally. Serving now as a Territory Manager, I look forward to continuing developing my leadership skills, while assisting my team in reaching their career goals.
