With extensive construction project management expertise, I’m successful because my projects are always completed in a timely, compliant, and cost-effective manner. I’ve been called a hands-on project manager with a proactive management style that gets results. I know when to be actively engaged, but I also know when to get out of the way and let people do their jobs. I believe it’s this approach, combined with my commitment to up-front research and diligence at every turn, which has helped me successfully close out more than 225 pharmaceutical construction projects. I bring capital procurement experience supporting capital project delivery manufacturing and supply sites. This support includes:• Negotiation of new contracts for technical and professional services, construction services and equipment procurement• Leading RFP/RFI competitive bid events for the selection of contractors for specific project work packages. • Major contributor to NA Construction Management Strategy for major IPD projects as well as procurement of the Single-Use Bioreactor Train Super-Skid Package for the NPI Flex Factory.In previous years, I held a strategic program manager role—supervising project managers as well as a portfolio of projects—but I still enjoy and am quite good at actively defining projects, reviewing designs, resourcing people with the right tools and information, and being a go-to resource every step of the way.
