My role in this is as a connector of all our crafts and capabilities with each other, and as a connector of all what we do to culture and the communities of our client’s customers, so that everything we do connects our clients’ brands to new sources of opportunity and revenue. I know ‘connect’ is said a lot here, but after all of these years of managing creatives in all sort of kinds of agencies, I’ve come to learn here at Huge getting people work together for a common goal, to solve a clearly identified problem together, is what I love getting out of bed every morning to do.
