Coordinate project kick off meetings (KoM) and pre-production meeting (PPM). Liaise with quality, production, projects engineering, and clients. Issue notification of inspection (NOI) to clients Author and issue inspection and test plans (ITPs), project quality plans (PQPs), certificate of conformances (CoCs), and final inspection reports (FIRs) Perform gateway reviews according to ITP Generate NCRs and ensure closure Perform inspection of free issued subsea distribution system (SDS) items such as cobra head assembly (CHA), subsea termination interface (STI), umbilical termination assembly (UTA) and electrical connectors. Lead problem solving sessions that involve brainstorming, DMAIC, CAPA and RCA Lead project risk review run meetings to proactively eliminate risks, anomaly, deviation, etc. Investigate client complaints and warranty claims. Issue Quality Alerts and One Pagers
