   Currently leading the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-driven solutions within Marketing Cloud Einstein and Agentforce. My focus is on leveraging Generative and Predictive AI to revolutionize the entire marketing campaign lifecycle. Committed to pioneering AI-first strategies, I aim to enhance the efficacy, personalization, and scalability of marketing initiatives.Formerly accountable for product growth and development of Marketing Cloud\'s email channel experience, the largest marketing engagement channel. Owned the vision, strategy, roadmap, execution, go-to-market and enablement of all of Marketing Clouds email campaign solutions (Email Studio, Journey Builder Email, Automation Studio Email, Event Webhooks and APIs). In this role, my successes include:Launched a marketer friendly framework for the new transactional sending platform via Journey Builder that introduced real-time operational metrics, improved operational analytics, ultimately reducing time-to-value for business critical operational messages across verticals (regulated industries, retail & consumer goods, education). Transactional Send Journey\'s has been adopted by customers and sends millions of personalized email and SMS messages per day. Delivering strategic research that compiles market inputs (TAM, Ethnographic, Analyst, and Market research, product utilization and penetration) that results in a 18 - 36 month product roadmap and execution strategy.Relentlessly focusing on the customer with direct collaboration, actioning on feedback in all experiences (documentation, applications, and API), directing prioritization using voice-of-the-customer metrics, and engaging in the community as a regular presenter at Salesforce conferences and webinars.
