About Allen Frost
I am an HR professional with experience across multiple industries including chemical, aerospace, national security, and now home security. These diverse opportunities have taken our family to New Jersey, Louisiana, Arizona, Missouri, and Utah where we have met some great people and I have been trained in talent management, staffing/recruiting, labor relations/negotiation, change management, compensation strategy, and data analytics. Additionally, I have conducted training sessions in China, Singapore, Malaysia, Chile, and Mexico that have broadened my cultural understanding, taught me to communicate more effectively in different environments. Before HR, I spent 3 years working in the ISC organization of a Fortune 100 company. This experience early in my career reinforced the importance of customer focus and process improvement. I have a BS in Business Management/Supply Chain and an MBA with an emphasis in HR.
